About Belgrave

Belgrave Oil and Gas Corp. is a private petroleum development company. Its primary focus is the development and application of high-impact Improved/Enhanced oil recovery technology (IOR/EOR) to increase oil and gas production, improve recovery and add reserves.

Conventional primary and secondary recovery methods will produce only about one-third of the oil discovered. Under current economic conditions tens of billions of barrels of additional oil could be recovered in North America alone, with the successful application of existing EOR technology.

Belgrave Oil and Gas Corp. is pleased to announce that, in partnership with Pacific Western Oil and Gas Exploration, it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to optimize Air Injection EOR operations and improve oil recovery in Liaohe Oilfield, China.

December 11th 2012

Belgrave Oil and Gas Corp. is pleased to announce that our affiliate company Belgrave Resources Ltd. has been admitted to the GXG First Quote Market trading platform. Belgrave Resources Ltd. intends to acquire mature light oil pools in Alberta, Canada and implement its proprietary and sustainable "ZEDAI" enhanced oil recovery technology. The company will also pursue carried and working interest opportunities through technology licensing agreements world-wide.

March 22th 2012

Belgrave Oil and Gas Corp. executed a Technical Cooperation Agreement / MOU with Natfrac Corporation of Colombia. This agreement expands our ability to conduct EOR capital development and mature field revitalization studies in the region.
